Any company (or individual) can have a bad day, but I believe what the response is the performance of his true character. You have incredibly fast, courtesy and generosity. Of course, I will come back later to buy things! I am a little disappointed, I did not get climbers (my favorite shoes), but I can wait until next January to see if you are out of! Thanks again!

I love YOU, you can't beat this shopping experience - I love that they make it so easy to shop with my busy schedule. I can send merchandise back with no charge and replace it with a better size in a matter of a week. It has made me a believer in ordering online...
