Shipping Terms

All the orders with Ugg2Your,Inc. are free shipping, that is, we don't charge you any shipping cost. Usually, we will try our best to ship everything to you at one shipment. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we will take charge of all the shipping cost. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package, which will need a signature to be delivered.

Shipping Method: To USA, UK, Au, Ca, Ie, etc, we will send the orders by Express Mail Service (EMS), which will take approximately 7 business days ( business days are monday - friday excluding holidays ). Delivery to others countries, we may ship the packages by China Post, and it will take a little long to be delivery, theoretically, 15-20 business days.

Track the Orders: The shipping info will be updated within 72 hours after the payment confirmed, an notify email will be sent to you. You can check your order status in your account, and track the order online realtime by click "Track Orders" in our website.

Exchange & Return

Once the arrival of a Ugg2Your,Inc. order, please check the product and contact us within 72 hours if any defects.

Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns when customers decide for any reason that they no longer want their order, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

Exchange

Items that are incorrect size or colour may be exchanged (if not worn or damaged, all tags in) within 7 days of receipt. Order exchanged for another size, color or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (from you to us). UGG Boots carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us. Once we confirm that is a manufacturer's defect, we will either exchange your product or refund your credit card. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will not be exchanged or returned.

Return

If your orders are received damaged or not as ordered we will provide a refund if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) within 14 days of receipt.All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. Please ensure returned item(s) is packaged safely, please do not use the "shelf box" (the innermost shoe box) alone to ship your items back, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item's condition and refuse any damaged, worn or washed items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.

You must email us prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. We will then give you the contact point for the return.
